HOW TO OVERCOME NERVOUS BREAKDOWN.

Nervous breakdown a lot of people are experiencing these symptoms because of inconsistency like indecision, trauma and its related cases. 

A lot of people have nervous breakdown, it  is a condition that is errupted from emotional or mental state, certain human bodies are such that they cannot handle extra weight. Are you one of them?

Nontheless  let us say it doesn't take more than It can bear, or for example where you cannot load a bus or a car with extra baggage and when it get to the worse it breaks down, stagnant situation and immovability would occur.

So nervous breakdown is wondering off where  you can no longer carry certain thoughts for a long period of time after a long endurance. Forgo some thoughts stop hurting yourself

It's breaks you down and you're in such a condition of pain and grieve.

I would prefer you off load some of the extra baggage and lot of things that you bear on yourself with, 

when you about to sleep make sure that you are really off loaded , before your head hits the bed or the pillow. 

Take a nice cool shower close your eyes and meditate about the coming days, never sleep with extra load of thoughts on your mind.

The good book says, cast your burden upon the Lord for he cares for you, commit your work and your thoughts to Him and He  would establish you and you remain calm until He settles you.
